Tim Corken
Tim is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for each client. He believes that delivering and maintaining the highest level of service is the foundation of a trusting and lasting relationship. The measurement of success is not the number of deals, but in the way, he deals with people. His continued promise to you is built on this foundation.
Tim is an expert in marketing. He spent over 30 years in the advertising business. Most recently, he ran a 51M advertising business in Oregon and Southwest Washington. In line with his University of Notre Dame MBA, Tim is a continual learner and hones his marketing skills in the areas of traditional and digital marketing to the benefit of his customers. Marketing your home is not just an exercise, but an art.
Tim has three children and they all are Ducks! He happens to be a Golden Domer and a CSU Ram but is happy for his kids. He enjoys skiing, hiking, gardening, and creating an outside oasis at home. Tim has been married to Karen for 33 years.

Marcus has over 17+ years of real estate experience helping clients buy and sell their homes and understands the real estate process through and through.

Karen Corken
Karen is an essential part of the support team. While she has a Property Management license, Karen’s focus is on customer support and making sure that Corken Realty Group delivers best-in-class customer service.
Karen understands exceptional customer service. She ran a successful in-home pet-sitting service and sold the business fifteen years ago. The business continues to thrive under new leadership. That experience taught Karen the importance of trust, delivery, and reliability. She has continued to develop and master the art of customer service that shines bright in conveyance to all clientele.
She is the proud mother of three lovely children and Grandma to Declan James! Karen spent her undergrad at St Mary’s College, which is right across the street from the University of Notre Dame.
Karen is excited to meet new home buyers and sellers to support the effort to help them live their dreams. She is attentive, accessible, and always looking to expand her Oregon friendships.
